New year, New cards!
The newest 1/1 card in the Enroth collection is once again from President’s Choice Trading Cards. This time, it features a stunning Meigray Group tag from one of Enroth’s LA Kings jersey’s from the 2015-2016 season!
I’ve seen quite a few of these Meigray tag cards over the years, but this is a first for me and my collection. Not a bad card to snag for the 88th 1/1 in this collection!
For those who are new to the hobby or game-worn memorabilia, the Meigray Group has been a staple in the game-worn memorabilia industry for many years. Forming agreements directly with various professional teams, their game-worn offering is unparalleled.
Meigray utilizes their agreements with select teams to help catalogue and tracking their game-worn items.
One of the ways this is done is by having a Meigray tag sewn inside of every jersey, allowing collectors to use their Population Report to match the unique serial number on the tag, providing context on when and how long that jersey set was used.

This serial number Tag belonged to the White Set 2 jersey highlighted in Red text. This tag piece (and remaining memorabilia) came from Enroth’s 2015-16 Los Angeles Kings Set 2 Away jersey. It was used during the following 6 games in 2016:
January 24th, 2016 – vs San Jose (3-2 OT Win)
February 11th, 2016 – vs New York Islanders (5-2 Loss)
February 14th, 2016 – vs New Jersey Devils (1-0 Loss)
March 15th, 2016 – vs Dallas Stars (5-2 win)
March 21st, 2016 – vs Nashville Predators (Relief Appearance)
April 5th, 2016 – vs Calgary Flames (5-4 Overtime win – Enroth’s 50th career win!)

I was very happy to add another premium memorabilia card from President’s Choice ! Not a bad way to start the year, if I dare say so.
