With all the talk about Tim Hortons cards in the hobby after their annual release, today I received this 2018-19 Upper Deck Tim Hortons NHL Jersey Relics of Marc-Andre Fleury – his first year inside the Tim Hortons Relics set with the Golden Knights.

The 2018-19 Jersey Relics set, while simple memorabilia cards, held odds of 1:1,800 packs, which is common with the Tim Hortons promotional product due to the millions of packs released across Canada. I still remember trying to hit a jersey or autograph card in the Upper Deck McDonalds packs back in the day, but could never hit one as a kid.

I have always enjoyed promotional releases like these that cater to the younger demographic. I feel like sets like these are integral to the growth and sustainability to our hobby in the long-term. I am glad that I could *finally* add a significant piece from a large Canadian food issued product.
