I added a historic piece to the collection today with my first IIHF World Championships sweater. I’ll let the photos do the talking on this once.
This jersey was worn by Jhonas Enroth in the following games of the 2013 IIHF World Championships, hosted in Sweden.
Preliminary Round – Group S
May 4th, 2013 vs Czech Republic (2-1 Win)
Semi-Finals
May 18th, 2013 vs Finland (3-0 Win, Enroth earns the Shutout)
Enroth and Salak after a 2-1 win for Team Sweden against the Czech Republic during the Preliminary round.
Enroth earned the 3-0 shutout victory against Finland to pave the way for Sweden to win gold the next day.
